We understand that every business is different so our services will be tailored to what you required.

From our initial conversation, we’ll work out the amount and type of linen that you require to run your business.

Depending on the amount and frequency, we will then arrange specific delivery days for your business to receive fresh, clean linen on a weekly or fortnightly schedule.

If more linen is needed, we will require a 48-hour notice period beforehand so that we can accommodate for the increased order.

Absolutely. When you speak to our team, we will provide a structure of how our ongoing service works, what you are entitled to and what the pricings are on an ongoing basis.

Unlike other businesses, we do not charge a weekly rental fee or environmental taxes involved with our service fees.

However, there may be a minimum order value for deliveries we make to your established business. To find out if this is applicable, please contact one of our team members.
